PRIVACY POLICY

Blue Bees Marketing LLC

Last updated: May 4, 2026

This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't collect, how we use it, and your rights as a client of the Blue Bees Dashboard.

What we collect: the Amazon seller analytics data you authorize us to pull via SP-API — sales, inventory, fees, ad performance — plus your contact info.

What we don't collect: your buyers' names, addresses, payment info, or any personally identifiable information about your customers.

What we do with it: show you the dashboard you signed up for. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or train AI models on it.

Questions: email todd@bluebeesmarketing.com.

1. WHO WE ARE

Blue Bees Marketing LLC ("Blue Bees," "we," "us," "our") operates the Blue Bees Dashboard, a managed Amazon brand-analytics service for sellers.

Registered address: 5 Hobnoy Court, Hilton Head Island, SC, USA

Contact: todd@bluebeesmarketing.com

Owner / data controller representative: Todd Kriney

2. WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy applies to the marketing site at bluebeesmarketing.com, the dashboard application at dashboard.bluebeesmarketing.com, and any data we receive from your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) once you authorize our app.

It does not cover data you keep inside your own Amazon Seller Central account (Amazon controls that), third-party tools you connect outside the Blue Bees Dashboard, or public content on bluebeesmarketing.com that you didn't submit.

3. WHAT WE COLLECT

From you directly: email address, business information (company name, brand name, marketplaces), and billing details only if you move to a paid plan (handled by a PCI-compliant processor — we never see full card numbers).

From your Amazon Seller account (with your authorization): aggregate sales metrics, order metadata (no buyer identity, no shipping address), settled financial events, inventory snapshots, advertising performance, Brand Analytics reports, and listing/catalog metadata.

We do not request, collect, store, or process buyer names, shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, tax IDs, or any PII about your customers. Our app does not request the Restricted Data Token roles that would unlock that data.

Automatically when you use the dashboard: an authentication session token, browser localStorage UI preferences (scoped per brand), and server logs (IP, request path, timestamp, user agent) used for security and debugging.

4. WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT

To be explicit: no buyer PII of any kind, no payment card data, no marketing or advertising tracking pixels, no third-party data brokers, no biometric data, no location data, no device fingerprinting, and no data from Amazon accounts you have not personally authorized.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the data above only to deliver and improve the dashboard service you authorized. Specifically: compute and display analytics; generate AI summaries on aggregate non-PII metrics via OpenAI's API (configured so prompts and outputs are not used to train OpenAI's models); detect anomalies and operational issues; support and communicate with you; improve our service via internal logs.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or marketing networks, use it to train any machine-learning model, or use it for any purpose outside the dashboard service.

6. SUB-PROCESSORS

We use a small set of vendors to run the service:

Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Storage) — data warehouse and storage, United States.

Vercel Inc. — application hosting and edge delivery, United States.

OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI analysis on aggregate non-PII metrics, United States.

We will notify clients by email before adding any new sub-processor that handles their Amazon data.

7. DATA RETENTION

Amazon non-PII analytics data: kept in raw form for up to 18 months, then archived or deleted.

Aggregated analytics: may be kept longer once aggregated to a level that no longer constitutes "Amazon Information" under Amazon's Data Protection Policy.

Account and billing records: kept while you are a client and for up to 1 year after termination, or longer where required by law.

Server logs: rotated within 90 days.

Deletion on request: we will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to: access (request a copy of your data), correction, deletion (subject to Section 7), portability (export in CSV or JSON), and withdrawal of authorization (revoke our SP-API access anytime in Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps — once revoked, we stop receiving new data immediately).

You may also lodge a complaint with us at todd@bluebeesmarketing.com or with your local data protection authority. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

9. SECURITY

We follow Amazon's Data Protection Policy and apply commercially reasonable safeguards:

In transit: TLS 1.2 or higher for all connections.

At rest: AES-256 encryption on Google Cloud storage and BigQuery datasets.

Access control: least-privilege IAM, multi-factor authentication on all admin accounts, quarterly access reviews.

Tenant isolation: each client brand's Amazon data lives in its own BigQuery dataset; queries are gated by a brand identifier, and browser-side preferences are scoped per brand to prevent cross-tenant exposure.

Incident response: documented plan with notification to affected clients and to Amazon within 24 hours of a confirmed security incident involving Amazon Information.

A more detailed Data Protection Plan is available on request to enterprise clients and to Amazon during app review.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The Blue Bees Dashboard is offered to US-based Amazon sellers operating on the US Amazon marketplace. Our servers and sub-processors are located in the United States. We do not currently support sellers based in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with separate data-transfer or residency requirements. If your business is registered outside the US and you wish to use the service, contact us first.

11. CHILDREN

The Blue Bees Dashboard is a business tool for Amazon sellers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
